OutsideStore.co.uk's shipping policies are outlined below:

Order Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1 hour during opening hours and submitted to the manufacturer shortly thereafter. Different manufacturers have different cutoff times for daily orders but this is generally around 13:00 or 14:00 on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays).

Shipping Times

Different manufacturers have different lead times and expected delivery dates are displayed on our product pages. The picture below is an example of what this looks like:

Total Sheds entire range is always in stock and they offer delivery to mainland UK within 1-3 Working Days and deliver via the TPN Pallet Network. You will receive a tracking number once your item leaves their depot and is collected by the collecting depot. Once it reaches the delivery depot their portal will be updated and you will have a delivery date, and depending on the depot, you will be contacted by text or telephone with a delivery window

We have a direct connection to Mercia's stock control system, so if a product is showing as available on our site, then it is in stock. You are able to check the earliest delivery date for your postcode, as per the image below.

Once you place your order we will email you with your delivery date. You can change this by logging into Mercia's Logistics Portal, or if you'd prefer to contact us, we can do this on your behalf.

BeefEater BBQ aim to deliver within 3-7 working days, although they often deliver within 2 working days.

Shipping Cost

Total Sheds is free delivery to the UK mainland. Occasionally they are able to offer a Saturday Delivery service for which a surcharge will be applicable. We can quote you for this on an ad hoc basis.

Mercia has different delivery zones.

Most of the mainland UK is Free Delivery.
Zone 1 includes Northern Ireland and is £60.00
Zone 2 is £102.00
Zone 3 is £120.00
Zone 4 is £240.00

Delivery to Northern Ireland

Mercia deliver to Northern Ireland, at a delivery cost of £60.00. The way they are able to keep prices affordable is to send bulk orders over by container, so depending on where you are in this process you may receive your item within 1-5 weeks. If you are thinking of ordering and would like an estimated lead time, please contact us and we will tell you an up to date estimate.
