Do you offer 1-2-1 customer support?
Yes. By far the easiest and quickest way to speak to us is to use the dialogue box in the bottom right hand corner of the home screen. If you'd prefer to speak to us, you can also call customer support on 0800 133 7406
What if I don’t like the product after I receive it or feel it’s not right for me?
We offer a 30 day returns policy. Please see our section on returns here for full details.
Do you offer any kind of after sales service ?
We are happy to help with any questions you may have after you have received your items. Please email us at help@outsidestore.co.uk. We aim to reply to all enquires within 24 hours.
Your stock is fairly limited. Do you plan on stocking any more products in the future?
Yes! We started trading recently and are in discussions with various big product manufacturers and should be selling their items very soon. Check back soon!
