    Returns Policy

    Free cancellation is available for orders which haven't been shipped, excluding bespoke or personalised designs.

    While we offer free shipping on almost all orders with all manufacturers, this does not mean that shipping doesn't have a cost, so if you choose to cancel after an item has been dispatched there may be a restocking fee to cover this shipping expense, even if you refuse delivery.

    We also aim to process orders very quickly so please notify us of your intent to cancel as soon as you can to avoid the restocking fee as some orders are shipped on the date of order.

    If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please return your item unused and in original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.

    For online or telephone purchases we’ll refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order within 14 days.

    You should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery)

    We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

    If you think a product you have purchased from us is faulty please call us and we will be able to send out replacement parts. If you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items.

    Your statutory rights are not affected.

    Telstar Trampolines

    Telstar Trampolines have a strict returns policy.

    Trampolines that have been built or partially built cannot be returned for a refund.

    Goods can be returned within 7 days. It is the responsibility (including the cost) of the customer to return the unused goods in their original packaging using a safe and secure method. Proof of dispatch may be required. Once the goods have been received they will be inspected, any damages or shortages will incur a restocking fee. 

     

    Little Rascals Playhouses & Swings

    Little Rascals have a strict returns policy.

    You may return any delivered Goods within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2014 for any reason whatsoever (except for bespoke items - this includes your building being painted). You must notify us in writing via email.

    We will not accept returns or cancellations if the goods have been altered in any way.

    The Buyer must keep any Goods he or she intends to return to the us in good condition. The Goods must be returned in the same condition as the condition in which they were delivered.

    If Goods are delivered flat packed they must be returned in the same condition without any attempt being made to construct the goods. Care must be taken to ensure that Goods returned are packed well to avoid damage or loss in transit.

    The cost for return cannot be accepted by us and you must use a reputable transport/logistics company to return the goods to us and notify us of the return date and expected date of arrival at our warehouse premises.

    Goods returned which cannot be sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the refund given.
