These versatile skillet pans come in four sizes and are an essential piece of equipment for the fire pit cook. They are ideal as a griddle or for frying and come into their own for paella and other one pot dishes such as huevos rancheros.

Fire pit cooking is about more than just grilling. The joy of cooking over flames comes from cooking as though in your kitchen but with nature all around you. These Skillet Pans made from mild steel are highly versatile. They can be used for frying, griddling, sautéing and one pot dishes such as paella. The steel is untreated so the skillet pans need oiling after use. See our guide to looking after your accessories. Depending on the size of your fire pit, the larger pans can sit over the BBQ Swing Arm rather than fitting within it. Also suitable for sitting on our Half Moon BBQ Racks.

Maintaining your fire pit
NB: All our fire pits, lids and accessories will begin to rust immediately and will not maintain their black finish. However, this will not affect their long term durability. As all our fire pits are handmade from sheet steel which has naturally occurring blemishes, there may be very slight variations in the forging and finish.
