Delivery & Installation
Telstar aim to deliver and install in 5-7 working days but we occasionally it will be slightly longer. We will let you know if this is the case.
Depending on location, the fitter will either bring the trampoline with him or it will be delivered beforehand. We will notify you about this via email.
If a specific time and date is given for the install, it is important that you do your best to accommodate this otherwise there will be a delay.
The fitter will not dispose of the packaging boxes.
The fitter does not assemble any accessories (ladder, cover or Tie down kit)
Please ensure that the garden is clear of any dog fowl, and if delivered beforehand please put the boxes in the place next to where the trampoline is to be built.
Please note free delivery is for the UK Mainland only. Delivery to Ireland / Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands / Isle of Man etc do incur a delivery surcharge.
Returns Policy
Please Note: Telstar Trampolines have a strict returns policy.
Trampolines that have been built or partially built cannot be returned for a refund.
Goods can be returned within 7 days. It is the responsibility (including the cost) of the customer to return the unused goods in their original packaging using a safe and secure method. Proof of dispatch may be required. Once the goods have been received they will be inspected, any damages or shortages will incur a restocking fee.
